Delete your account & data

How to request deletion

There are two ways to delete your account and personal data:

In the app

If you created an account in one of our games, you can delete it directly in the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated personal data.

By email

Email privacy@midnightlabs.appwith the subject “Account & Data Deletion Request.” To help us locate your data, please send the request from the email address tied to your account, or include your in-game ID and the game name. We may ask one or two questions to verify the request before we act on it.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile information
• Game progress and saved data linked to your account
• Device and advertising identifiers associated with your account
• Support correspondence tied to your account, where not legally required to keep it

What we may retain

We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need to:

• Records needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legal compliance, kept only for the period required and then deleted.
• Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer reasonably be linked to you.
• Purchase records are also held by the App Store and Google Play; deleting your account does not delete those store-side records or issue refunds.

How long it takes

We confirm receipt of your request promptly and complete the deletion within 30 days(sooner where required by law), then email you to confirm it is done. If we need more time because of legal obligations, we’ll let you know.

A note on purchases

Deleting your account does not refund or transfer in-app purchases. To request a refund, contact the App Store or Google Play — see our Support page for links.
